By accessing or using DrPage (drpage.in), operated by Adyant Tech Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DrPage provides a digital clinic management platform for medical professionals in India, including website builder, appointment management, prescription management, patient records, and analytics tools.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be a registered medical professional to use doctor-facing features.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered on the platform.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must comply with all applicable medical regulations and data protection laws.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

DrPage offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly as selected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the DrPage platform are owned by Adyant Tech Labs. Doctors retain ownership of their patient data and content uploaded to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

DrPage is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for any medical decisions made using our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
