Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

DrPage offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. No Refund Policy

Because every account gets a full 7-day free trial to try all features before paying, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds for monthly or yearly plans, including partially used billing periods.
• No refunds for plan upgrades or unused days after cancellation.
• Exception: accidental duplicate payments for the same billing period, and the refundable autopay verification charge, are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Duplicate Payment Claims

If you were charged twice, email contact@drpage.in with your registered email address and payment details.
