Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

DrPage offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of payment: Full refund available if you are unsatisfied with the service.
• After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Duplicate payments: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
